We determine your requirements, prepare the offer according to the given preferences, pre-select offers, create "priority listing".
Meeting
We arrange the meeting to see the selected properties. Effectively planned meeting is held within the date and the place convenient for you. We use our own cars for transport.
Look & see
On your request we also organize orientation in the new area: hipermarkets, shops, services, fitenss clubs, meeting at a chosen school etc, and also sightseeing of Warsaw. Lunch is possible during this meeting.
Negotiations
The most beneficial conditions of the agreement will be negotiated by our brokers.
Preparation of the contract
The lease contract in Polish and English and in accordance with Polish regulations will be made by our law department.
Delivery of the property
Delivery protocol describing the state and the equipment of the property will be drawn on the day of delivery. On request we make a protocol with pictures.
Contact during the lease period
During the lease period we help in arranging day-to-day matters as well as in contact with the landlord.
Re-negotiation of the rent
In case of a long-term lease our brokers adjust the rent level to the actual rent on the market.
Termination of the lease
After the lease expires we prepare the protocol, on which basis the deposit is settled. In co-operation with our experts we mediate in evaluation of the alternative claims.
